Questions parents ask

Is Ella free?

Ella is free to start, with no ads: logging, the widget and a shared family journal work from day one. We may add optional premium features later, and we will always show the price before you pay anything.

How does Android early access work?

We review each request by hand and e-mail you as soon as your invitation is ready. Meanwhile, your journal already works in the browser. Early testers and the partner they nominate keep full access to Ella for life.

Is there an iPhone app?

Soon. The iPhone app is coming to the App Store. Until then, open ella.muchita.ai in Safari on iPhone or iPad and add it to your Home Screen: it is the same live journal as on Android.

Is Ella on Google Play?

Ella for Android is in early access on Google Play. Start a journal on the web, request Android early access from inside Ella, and we will send you an invitation to install it.

Can my partner see what I log?

Yes, as it happens. Invite them with a link or a QR code. You choose whether each person can add entries or only view the journal.

Do I need an account?

No. You can start a journal right away and save it later with an e-mail address or Google, when you want to invite family or keep it safe on a new phone.

More questions
Which languages does Ella speak?

Ella is available in 14 languages. On Android and the web, voice commands follow your selected app language when your phone or browser supports speech recognition. Review what Ella heard and confirm before an entry is saved.

Is Ella a medical app?

How do I delete my data?

Can I track twins?

Yes. Keep both babies in one journal and switch between them with a tap.
