Tip: circle the side you finished on, so the next feed starts on the other one.
How to use it
Write the start time of each feed, then the minutes on each side. If you finish with a bottle top-up, write the amount. Circle the side you finished on.
Keep it where you feed
Leave the sheet and a pen next to the chair or the bed. At night you only need a glance to see which side comes next.

Sharing it between shifts

When paper stops being enough

What each column means
Start is the time the feed began. Left and Right are the minutes on each side; leave one empty if the baby fed on one side only. Bottle top-up is the amount of any bottle given after nursing. Notes are for anything you want to remember, such as a sleepy feed.
Printing it
The PDF comes in A4 and US Letter. It prints well in black and white, and one sheet usually covers a day of nursing.
