Printable diaper chart for wet and dirty diapers
A week on one page: tick each wet and each dirty diaper on its day's row, and the count is there at a glance when someone asks.

One tick per diaper. A diaper that is wet and dirty gets a tick in both columns.
How to use it
Write the date on each row. After every change, add a tick under Wet, Dirty or both. At the end of the day, the ticks are your count.
For the check-up
Bring the sheet to the check-up if you are asked about diapers. It shows what you recorded; your pediatrician interprets it.

Sharing it between shifts
Keep the chart on the changing table with a pen on a string. Whoever changes the diaper adds the tick, so the count is right no matter who was on duty.

Use one chart per baby, or two colors of pen on one chart. At the end of the day each baby has their own count.
When paper stops being enough
A week of ticks shows the pattern. If you want the count without the pen, Ella logs a diaper with one tap from the home-screen widget and counts for you.
What each column means
Date is the day the row covers. Wet and Dirty get one tick per diaper; a diaper that is both gets a tick in each. Notes are for anything worth remembering, such as a rash. The Total row at the bottom adds up the week.
Printing it
The PDF comes in A4 and US Letter. One sheet covers a whole week, so a single printout lasts seven days on the changing table.
