How to use it
Write the time and use one row per event. Circle L or R for nursing, write the amount for a bottle and tick W or D for a diaper. Mark sleep with the time it started and ended.
Sharing the night
Keep the sheet where both parents can reach it, so whoever wakes up next can see when the last feed was and which side it was on.
Rather have it done for you?
Ella keeps the same log on your phone, shares it with your family the moment it is saved and adds up the day for you.
How many sheets to print
One sheet covers a day. Print a week at a time and keep them in a folder, so the days stay in order for the next check-up.
Sharing it between shifts
Leave the sheet where every caregiver can reach it. Whoever takes over reads the last row and knows when the baby last ate, slept and was changed.
Twins
Print one sheet per baby, or use a different color for each twin on the same sheet.
What each column means
Time is when something happened. Feed is nursing or a bottle, with the millilitres for a bottle. Side is L or R for nursing and B for a bottle. Diaper is W for wet and D for dirty. Sleep is when the baby fell asleep and woke. Notes are for anything else.
Printing it
The PDF comes in A4 and US Letter and prints well in black and white. One sheet covers a day, with 24 rows.
