| Time | Minutes | Left (mL) | Right (mL) | Total (mL) | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Total |
If you pump both sides at once, write the combined amount under Total.
How to use it
Write the time you started, the minutes and the amount. Add up the day at the bottom of the sheet if you like to see totals.
Planning a stash
If you pump to build a stash for going back to work, keeping the sheets together shows how the sessions add up over a week.
Rather have it charted for you?
Ella logs each session with its amount, charts sessions and averages, and keeps pumped milk separate from feeds.
Sharing it between shifts
If a partner washes the pump parts or gives the bottles, the sheet tells them when you last pumped and how much milk is ready.
At work
Keep a sheet in your pump bag. It fits the sessions of a working day and makes it easy to plan the next one.
When paper stops being enough
Ella logs each session with its amount, adds up the day and keeps pumped milk separate from feeds, so nothing is counted twice.
What each column means
Time is when the session started and Minutes is how long it took. Left and Right are the amounts from each side; if you pump both at once, write the combined amount under Total. Notes are for anything worth remembering, such as a new pump setting.
Printing it
The PDF comes in A4 and US Letter and prints well in black and white. One sheet covers a day of sessions, with a Total row for the day.
