Each baby has their own time since the last feed, awake time and last diaper. At night, a glance tells you which twin is due next.

Feeding two at once

If you tandem feed or give two bottles together, log each baby's feed on their own timeline. Timers run separately, so each feed keeps its own length.

Charts, the 24-hour view and growth charts are per baby, so you can follow each one's pattern without mixing them up.

Many hands

Families with twins often have extra help. Invite grandparents or a nanny, and every entry shows who logged it and for which baby.

Many parents feed twins one after the other at night. Log the first baby's feed, then switch and log the second; the counters at the top show both, so the next person up knows where each baby stands.

When the twins are on different rhythms

Twins often settle into different patterns. Because each baby has their own sleep chart and 24-hour view, you can see each one's day without the other's entries getting in the way.

Check-ups for two

On Android, create a separate PDF summary for each baby before a check-up, so each twin's feeds, diapers, sleep and measurements are on their own pages.

Setting up both babies

Start the journal with one baby, then add the second from Family and settings. Give each the name you use at home; the switcher at the top of Today shows both, with their ages, so nobody logs a feed for the wrong twin at 3 a.m.

One parent, two babies

When you are alone with both, log one twin's feed, switch with a tap and log the other. The counters for each baby update at once, so when your partner wakes they see exactly where each one stands.

Sharing the load

Many families with twins split by baby rather than by shift: one parent takes one twin for the night. Because every entry shows who logged it and for which baby, the split stays clear in the journal.

If you like paper in the first days, print two copies of the daily log and mark each with a name, or use one sheet with a different colored pen per baby.
