Make a keepsake from your journal.
Choose an Ella CSV to preview a poster made from selected recorded entries.
Processed in this tab. Names, notes and authors stay out of the poster.
Personal files cannot be processed in this tab. You can still see the fictional example and sources.

Your selected entries will appear here.
Saving or printing sends the previewed counts to your chosen destination. Nothing is shared automatically.
Change what's included
The initial suggestion uses the month with the most eligible nursing, bottle, diaper and sleep entries. A pumping-only file uses its most populated pumping month after you include pumping. Changes to entry types keep the selected month. None of this establishes complete records.
Off by default. Turning it on adds the selected period to the saved and printed preview.
Leave out individual entries
Rows are numbered in this file. Similar-looking rows stay separate. Dates are only shown here, not on the poster.

Fictional file: 22 selected entries on 12 dates in a 31-day selection. These are invented records, not a family's data.
A quick understanding check
Does a blank date mean no care happened?
Where does an Ella CSV come from?
Ella's Android source supports a CSV attachment alongside its PDF summary. Web and iPhone-native CSV export are not established here. This guide reviews implementation, not a tested phone release.
Sources, limits and privacy
Source checked 8 October 2026.
One included row is one entry, including a mixed diaper or both-side nursing row. Sleep entries are not naps or hours. Similar-looking rows are not automatically duplicates.
Only supported entry types with a valid literal date, needsReview exactly false, and timeBasis exactly explicit are included. The maker is stricter than some legacy app behavior; its counts may differ from an app recap.
The file has no baby ID, requested range or completeness field. It cannot separate babies or prove a complete month. Ella's server query has a 5,000-family-record cap before baby/export filters and can leave older records out. A separate path uses already-loaded records only while the app has a live connection and those records cover the requested range. Cached offline results do not qualify. The CSV does not show which path was used or whether all care was recorded. File size cannot establish coverage.
The maker has no analytics, upload or remote rendering. It keeps a projected selection in this tab; notes, authors, measures and other unused cells are discarded. No record data is put in a link or browser storage. Clear cancels work and releases references; it cannot erase downloads, printouts or browser/OS memory.
Local processing limits: 8 MiB, 50,000 data rows, 64 columns and 32,768 UTF-16 units per cell. Dates use Gregorian years 0001-9999. A file over a limit is rejected as a whole; it is never silently shortened.
